MELDMYSTIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeldMystic, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

MeldMystic may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
